Most of us know we could be generating more revenue. Our team is working incredibly hard but we know the process and operations supporting them are not perfect.

There are limitless ways to create operational efficiencies but we don’t know where to start. How do we prioritize the operational improvements that will have the biggest impact?

In this webinar we will introduce you to the Revenue Efficiency Pyramid, a framework and a systematic approach to audit your Revenue Engine and identify the most urgent and important improvements to make in your revenue engine.

This presentation is brought to you by Union Square Consulting CEO and Founder Eddie Reynolds, and SVP of RevOps Strategy Mallory Lee.

--

Eddie is the Founder and CEO of Union Square Consulting, a Strategic RevOps consulting firm. Eddie has spent the last 20 years in sales, marketing and customer success roles, including 3 years at Salesforce where he covered new and existing B2B SaaS customers with $10M to $100M in revenue. Over these three years he saw the process and operation that helps some of these companies, as well as Salesforce itself, grow exponentially. This encouraged him to start a consulting firm helping similar companies to build better GTM Strategy, Process and Systems.

Mallory is the SVP of RevOps Strategy at Union Square Consulting, where she focussed on GTM Strategy, Process and Metrics across marketing, sales and customer success. Prior to USC, Mallory was the VP of RevOps at Nylas and at Terminus before that. She’s spent the last 15 years in RevOps, Marketing Ops and marketing roles in high-growth B2B SaaS companies and brings this wealth of experience to her clients.
